"Vince was, in a word, awesome! He responded within 10 minutes of me sending him an initial e-mail letting him know we were interested in buying in the Lakewood Ranch, FL area. He spent almost an hour asking us questions to understand what we were looking for, and then got to work finding us options in an unbelievably tight market. Vince had the contacts, relationships, and reputation with the builders to identify potential buying opportunities where none seemingly existed at the time with new construction builders and sales reps. We arranged a time to visit in person and within 48 hours, Vince had found us our dream home (just a lot at that time) and helped us navigate the complex and challenging road to submitting a successful "best and highest bid" for the lot and home. And, we won the bid thanks to Vince and his sage advice. Afterwords, Vince stayed in touch and helped us at each step through the process.
