We began our search for a Florida home in the Tampa/Sarasota region approximately 18 months ago and met with several local real estate agents until we finally met Jean. She was extremely patient with us as we described the type of home and area we had in mind. She was very knowledgeable of the areas, the market, housing inventory and after taking everything into consideration, we were able to narrow down our search to a couple of homes.
