"Vince was, in a word, awesome! He responded within 10 minutes of me sending him an initial e-mail letting him know we were interested in buying in the Lakewood Ranch, FL area. He spent almost an hour asking us questions to understand what we were looking for, and then got to work finding us options in an unbelievably tight market. Vince had the contacts, relationships, and reputation with the builders to identify potential buying opportunities where none seemingly existed at the time with new construction builders and sales reps.
